Landscape-Led Planning

Our planning approach is rooted in the landscape itself—using topography, hydrology, and ecology to guide development. We analyse environmental assets and constraints to define land suitability, ecological structures, and green infrastructure networks that shape resilient and adaptive territorial frameworks. The following interventions are defined within the scope of this theme:

• Landscape-first approach to land use planning and spatial structure.
• Assessment of ecological assets and constraints (soil, hydrology, topography).
• Definition of ecological structure and land suitability zones.
• Strategic green infrastructure networks at regional and metropolitan scales.
